Book review and peek inside “Eat Yourself Thin” by Gill Paul
The book has a very nice and clean design, simple with bright colors to wow the reader and really bring attention to each subject. I have tried a few recipes from the book and I have loved all of them.
One thing I found most interesting was the 2 week meal plan included in the book, designed to help you lose weight and feel good without giving up the things you love. I know that I am an extremely picky eater and I realized when I was reading this book that there are so many substitutions for certain ingredients. For example, if you happen to dislike turmeric, you can switch it out with a spice you do like.
I am definitely a fan of this book and lucky for me, Gill Paul actually has 2 more books called “Eat Yourself to Energy” and “Eat Yourself Calm”. I am very excited to get and read both books and cannot wait to try out all of those recipes as well.
